About the Role
TerraImm is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Immigration Case Manager to join our Case Management Center.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex cases, working directly with clients and employers, and keeping highly deadline-sensitive immigration processes moving forward.
As an Immigration Case Manager, you will primarily support H-2B temporary nonagricultural worker cases, while also assisting with other employment-based and family-based immigration matters. You'll manage multiple cases throughout their lifecycle, coordinate documentation, communicate with clients and employers, monitor critical deadlines, and work closely with attorneys and internal team members to help deliver an organized and responsive client experience.

What You'll Do
- Manage a caseload of H-2B, employment-based, and family-based immigration matters
- Coordinate cases from initial intake through key filing and completion stages
- Work directly with employers, clients, beneficiaries, petitioners, attorneys, and internal team members
- Collect, organize, and review supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate documentation and information required for H-2B cases
- Monitor critical case deadlines, filing dates, milestones, and follow-up requirements
- Maintain detailed and accurate case records within the company's case management system
- Prepare case materials, summaries, documentation, and internal notes for attorney or senior-level review
- Communicate case updates, document requests, deadlines, and next steps clearly to clients and employers
- Proactively follow up on outstanding or incomplete information to keep cases moving
- Identify inconsistencies, missing documentation, delays, or potential case issues and escalate them when appropriate
- Manage multiple active cases and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client, employee, employer, and immigration information
- Follow established case-management procedures, quality standards, and internal workflows
What We're Looking For
- 1-3+ years of immigration case management, immigration legal support, paralegal, or related immigration experience
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
- Experience working with H-2B visas or employment-based immigration matters
- Understanding of deadline-driven immigration processes and documentation requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active cases at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients, employers, attorneys, and internal teams
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to independently move assigned cases forward
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information
- Comfortable learning and working within structured processes and case-management systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting or managing H-2B visa cases
- Familiarity with the H-2B process and employer documentation requirements
- Experience with other employment-based immigration matters
- Previous experience in an immigration law firm, corporate immigration department, or immigration services organization
- Experience working with USCIS and U.S. Department of Labor-related immigration processes
- Experience managing a high-volume immigration caseload
- Experience communicating directly with employers and foreign national workers
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
