This position will sit in our White Plains, NY location.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Should have strong employment-related (corporate) Immigration experience.
  • Advise, counsel and train clients on a wide range of immigration laws and regulations.
  • Represent employers before administrative agencies in a broad range of employment-based immigration petitions and applications.
  • Prepare and submit PERM labor certifications
  • Prepare and file nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions
  • Prepare and file adjustment of status applications
  • Supervise and guide paralegals in the preparation of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions and applications.

Skills and Educations Requirements:
  • JD from an ABA accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials
  • At least 2-7 years' experience handling all aspects of employment-based immigration
  • Experience must include non-immigrant visa petitions, with an emphasis on H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-1/2/3 and TN Filings
  • Experience with immigrant visa filings, including PERM, EB-1 categories and AOS
  • J-1 waiver experience a plus

The expected salary range for this position is between $$192,500 - $235,000. This position is also eligible for annual bonuses. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
