Our Law Firm is seeking an accomplished Senior Immigration Attorney to join our leadership team. This position is intended for a highly experienced immigration attorney with exceptional legal judgment, a proven record of success handling complex immigration matters, and the ability to mentor attorneys while maintaining the highest standards of legal excellence.
The Senior Immigration Attorney will oversee complex case strategy, conduct quality reviews of legal work, provide guidance to attorneys and legal staff, and collaborate with firm leadership to ensure exceptional client representation and operational excellence.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate is a seasoned immigration attorney with a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and sound legal judgment. This individual is confident leading complex legal matters, mentoring attorneys, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the firm's immigration practice.

Qualifications
โ€ข Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
โ€ข Active member in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar.
โ€ข Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing immigration law.
โ€ข Extensive experience handling asylum, removal defense, family-based immigration, detained matters, and humanitarian relief.
โ€ข Experience with federal immigration litigation is strongly preferred.
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, and support attorneys while managing a high-volume \caseload.
โ€ข Excellent legal writing, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
โ€ข Bilingual in English and Spanish.
