Legal Assistant (Entry-Level) - Immigration Law Firm

Location: In-Office | New York City
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $45,000 - $52,000 annually


About the Role

We are seeking a Legal Assistant to support our team with administrative and case-related tasks. This is an entry-level, in-office position designed for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a structured environment.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparation and filing of basic legal documents
  • Organize and maintain case files (physical and digital)
  • Support document collection and follow-ups with clients
  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks
  • Assist the team with general office support as needed


Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
