What is an Immigration Contract?

An Immigration Contract is a formal agreement between an individual or organization and a service provider, such as a law firm or immigration consultant, for assistance with immigration-related matters. These contracts outline the services to be provided, fees, timelines, and the responsibilities of each party. They are commonly used for visa applications, permanent residency, citizenship, and other legal processes related to immigration. Having a contract helps ensure transparency and protects the interests of both the client and the service provider.
