Job Summary
Busy small law office specializing in immigration law with an immediate need for an Associate Attorney. The candidate must have at least three years experience practicing immigration law. Spanish fluency is a big plus. Primary duties include preparing immigration forms, pleadings, legal briefs, motions and other general legal paperwork and correspondence, affidavits, consultations, and court/immigration office appearances. The candidate must be willing to travel approximately 1-2 times per month with the majority of the travel being to the Cleveland Immigration Court. The desired position is full-time, but part-time candidates will also be considered. Must be licensed to practice law in Ohio. Please submit legal writing sample with your resume and cover letter.
