Bilingual Case Manager (Temp-to-Hire) | San Francisco, CA

We are partnering with a well-established San Francisco nonprofit focused on housing stability and resident support services to find a mission-driven Bilingual Case Manager for a temp-to-hire opportunity.

About the Role This position plays a vital role in connecting residents with the resources and support they need to maintain stable housing. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and comfortable navigating complex social service systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct case management services to a caseload of residents, conducting intake assessments and developing individualized service plans
  • Connect clients with community resources including mental health services, benefits enrollment, employment support, and other wraparound services
  • Maintain accurate and timely case notes and documentation in compliance with program requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate services and support resident stability
  • Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish (or other required language)

Qualifications

  • Bilingual required (English/Spanish strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with housing, homeless services, or residential programs preferred
