The Archway is Tarrant County's only state-designated family violence program - this means we have the honor of working alongside domestic violence victims to keep them safe and simultaneously do our part in holding offenders accountable. The Archway is seeking a Bilingual Case Manager.
This position coordinates and provides comprehensive case management and crisis intervention services for victims of domestic violence seeking safety in emergency shelter. Engage and delivers services to clients using a trauma-informed approach while being survivor-centered.
This position has significant responsibilities that includes completing client assessments, safety planning, service plans, support groups, and coordinating resources and services based on client needs. This job requires sensitivity to victims exposed to trauma, as well as diverse cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
The Archway values employees who are in line with the culture of the agency, including those who are curious, trustworthy, open communicators, flexible, and willing to be held accountable. Working in the domestic violence field can be hard - but we can do hard things.
The specific qualifications for this role are:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or related discipline required. LMSW preferred.
  • Minimum one year experience in the field of family violence, victim services or related work required.
  • Minimum of one year experience in case management which includes assessing, planning, developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating options and services to meet the needs of the survivor.
  • Knowledge of Intimate Partner Violence, gender-based violence, and crisis intervention strategies required.
  • Ability to provide culturally competent services and work with diverse staff and clientele in an empathetic and non-judgmental manner.
  • Strong organization and time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced and changing environment.
