Our growing fast-paced District is looking for a human resource/recruiting manager. Farmers insurance is seeking to grow our footprint in Northern Denver by seeking entrepreneurial mined individuals and assist them in building or buying a Farmers Agency. We have many different entry points to becoming a Farmers Agent as well as the tools and systems needed to create sustainable growth for these individuals to reach their personal and professional goals! 

Job Description

The human resource/recruiting manager will be tasked with sourcing entrepreneurial minded candidates though various channels as well as screening, interviewing, and selecting Denver's finest to embark on a career of their dreams.  Once these candidates are selected you will also be responsible for tracking progress and assisting these individuals though our business owner on-boarding process.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications to Apply

  • 1 year of recruiting experience
  • Willingness to obtain CO Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses
  • No criminal conviction, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 10 years
