Purpose:
The HRIS Systems Specialist plays a key role in supporting and optimizing the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This position is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the HRIS, ensuring employee data remains accurate and up to date, and serving as a technical resource for HR and other stakeholders. In addition, this role provides support to payroll administration, serving in both a primary and secondary capacity.

Technical Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing organization
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes and data management principles.

  • Proficiency in using HRIS platforms, such as Dayforce, ADP or similar systems.
  • Experience in HRIS implementation, upgrades, and integrations.
