HRIS Specialist (Remote | Contract-to-Hire Potential)
Our client is seeking an HRIS Specialist to support day-to-day HR systems administration and an ongoing UKG Workforce Management implementation. This newly created role is ideal for someone who can quickly step in, own HRIS processes, and support system testing, reporting, and data management.
Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the UKG HRIS platform
  • Support Workforce Management implementation activities, including testing and validation
  • Process employee transactions, including new hires and compensation changes
  • Build and maintain reports using UKG BI Reporting tools
  • Ensure HR data accuracy and integrity
  • Partner with HR and IT teams on system improvements and projects
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis
Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on UKG administration experience (required)
  • Experience supporting HRIS implementations, migrations, or upgrades
  • Knowledge of UKG BI Reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
