We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations for a growing organization. This role is well suited for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable serving as the primary HR contact across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through employee support and compliance. The position offers the opportunity to contribute across multiple HR functions while helping build effective people practices in a collaborative business environment.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee core human resources activities across the organization, serving as the main point of contact for employees and leadership on HR-related matters.
• Administer employee benefit programs and support compensation processes to ensure accurate, competitive, and well-documented practices.
• Process payroll and maintain precise employee records while coordinating with internal systems and relevant stakeholders.
• Guide onboarding activities for new hires, helping create a smooth and organized introduction to the company.
• Address employee relations matters with discretion and consistency while supporting positive workplace outcomes.
• Monitor HR policies and practices to help maintain compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company standards.
• Manage HR administration and maintain information within HRIS platforms to support reporting and daily operations.
• Partner with leadership on a broad range of human resources needs in a role that requires flexibility and the ability to balance multiple priorities.• At least 5 years of human resources experience, including broad exposure to multiple functional areas.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; an associate degree will also be considered.
• Prior experience operating as an independent HR role or in a position with wide-ranging responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of employee relations, HR administration, benefits, compensation, and payroll practices.
• Experience using HRIS platforms and maintaining accurate employee data.
• Strong background in onboarding and supporting employees throughout the employment lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of HR compliance requirements and the ability to apply policies consistently.
• Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
