Position Overview:
Valor Protection Safety Agency is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Recruiter / HR Assistant to support our growing team. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, onboarding coordination, and assisting with day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about building strong teams and maintaining a positive company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
  • Coordinate onboarding, including background checks, documentation, and new hire setup
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance tracking
  • Support employee relations by addressing basic inquiries and escalating concerns as needed
  • Help implement HR policies, procedures, and company initiatives
  • Assist with orientation, recruiting, hiring events, training coordination and compliance requirements
  • Support disciplinary processes and documentation
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure proper staffing coverage
