Help Desk Agents often encounter challenges such as limited visibility into a user's technical environment, communication barriers, and varying levels of user technical knowledge when troubleshooting remotely. Their goal is to resolve issues quickly and efficiently, or escalate them to higher-level support if necessary. They also document interactions and solutions for future reference.
