Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker with manufacturing experience to join our artisan bakery. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all baking operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency in our artisanal bread products. This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills, technical expertise in baking, and a passion for creating exceptional baked goods.
Role & Responsibilities
โ€ข Supervise, train, and mentor a team of bakers, ensuring they are skilled, motivated, and focused on delivering excellent results.
โ€ข Assign tasks, establish work schedules, and provide guidance to the baking team to optimize productivity and maintain a positive work environment.
โ€ข Conduct performance evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to encourage professional growth.
โ€ข Uphold strict standards of quality control to consistently produce artisanal bread products that meet customer expectations.
โ€ข Regularly inspect finished products for taste, appearance, and texture to ensure they align with the bakery's high-quality standards.
โ€ข Collaborate with the bakery management team to develop new recipes, experiment with flavors, and create unique, innovative baked goods that differentiate our bakery.
โ€ข Plan and organize production schedules based on customer demand, seasonal variations, and special orders, while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing waste.

Requirements & Physical Demands
