Job description

Crumbl Cookies is looking for an early morning baker/dough maker that is available during the hours of 6am-2pm Monday - Saturday. We make all of our cookies from scratch and need someone who is dependable and hard-working, who has attention to detail. Applicant must also be competent in following a recipe. Energy, focus and speed are necessary for success in this role. A dough maker should be comfortable working in a high performance, target driven environment while promoting team work and efficiency. Training offered on the job, no previous bakery experience necessary. This shift begins at 6am.


Shifts run from 6 to 8 hours long and will be three to four days a week. Depending on how busy the week is you may get 18 to 32 hours a week. Pay is $11 per hour plus tips (tips typically are an additional $3-6 per hour).


Responsibilities include:

-Work quickly while accurately following a recipe

- Quickly ball freshly mixed cookie dough to prepare for the day

- Frost sugar cookies

  • Work with a team to accurately complete tasks
