Assistant Baker โ Croissant & Bread Production

Pay:ย $18โ$20 per hour, depending on experience and skills
We are seeking an Assistant Baker to join our production team. This position is ideal for someone passionate about croissant lamination and artisan bread production who wants to further develop their skills in a scratch-made bakery environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of bakery experience
- Experience with croissant lamination is required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the production of croissants and artisan breads
- Prepare, laminate, shape, proof, and bake products
- Follow recipes and production procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Support daily production goals and quality standards

- Apoyar el cumplimiento de los objetivos diarios de producciรณn y calidad
