Job description

We're looking for an experienced baker to join our growing artisan bakery. If you enjoy working with laminated dough, yeast dough, and creating fresh products from scratch, we'd love to hear from you.

Position

Night Shift Baker

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and fry yeast-raised donuts
  • Make and bake croissants from scratch
  • Prepare savory pastries and other baked goods
  • Mix, proof, shape, bake, and finish products
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
  • Work independently and efficiently during overnight hours

Requirements

  • Previous professional bakery experience is required
  • Experience making donuts, croissants, and laminated dough preferred
  • Ability to work overnight/night shifts
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Must have your own reliable vehicle for transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to sign a 6 months to 1 year contract (renewable)
  • Willing to train an assistant
