We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Human Resources Director to lead our HR department and serve as a key member of our leadership team. As a Human Resources Director , you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, workforce planning, compliance, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and business objectives.

  • Partner with senior leadership to identify workforce needs and develop succession planning initiatives.

  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment and hiring processes to attract and retain top talent.

  • Utilize talent acquisition platforms such as Viventium to support effective recruiting efforts.

  • Manage employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure successful integration of new team members.

  • Design and administer performance management processes that promote accountability, growth, and development.

  • Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and career development opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
