HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT DIRECTOR

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Human Resources for a well-established Healthcare and Nursing Facility serving lower Westchester County, including the Mt. Vernon, White Plains, and New Rochelle markets.

This leadership opportunity supports a workforce of approximately 400 employees operating across several departments and business units throughout the campus. The Human Resources department is comprised of a four-person team overseeing all areas of HR operations and labor relations.

The selected candidate will play an integral role in advancing organizational HR initiatives and supporting overall business objectives. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal communication, exceptional organizational follow-through, and the ability to thrive within a fast-moving healthcare environment.

Qualified candidates should possess hands-on experience across multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, leave administration, HRIS processes and workflow management, compensation and benefits coordination, and employee records/data oversight. A collaborative leadership approach and the ability to effectively partner with operational leadership are essential to driving HR strategy and execution.

Compensation begins in the $95,000–$100,000 range and includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), paid time off, and additional employer-sponsored benefits.
