Growth & Operations Manager

We are a faith-based women’s healing media brand helping women navigate betrayal trauma, emotional healing, and relationship restoration.

We’re looking for a highly organized growth-minded operator to help manage social media, streamline systems, and keep projects moving.

Tasks include:

Manage and grow Instagram/social media

Create content systems

Organize launches and projects

Manage deadlines and contractors

Improve backend workflows

Support audience and revenue growth

Must be proactive, organized, creative, and reliable.

10 to 15 hours weekly to start.
