Avint is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and collaborative Associate Growth Operations Specialist to join a fast-paced dynamic team within a leading-edge cybersecurity company. This position will support a wide spectrum of business development and growth activities on multimillion-dollar opportunities. The individual will primarily be responsible for
supporting, coordinating and managing communications, data calls, establishing timelines, schedules and meetings and developing annotated outlines and developing written responses to requirements.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, eager to take on new initiatives, not afraid to ask question and learn new things, and thrives in an atmosphere of innovation. This hybrid role is a blend of writing, editing, capture activities, and other special project directly impacting our rapidly growing company.

Requirements
• Lead efforts to prepare business development content. This includes LinkedIn Posts, Website Updates, and Brochure updates.
• Initially support and eventually lead Request for Information (RFI) and Sources Sought Notice (SSN) responses.
• Support outreach and customer engagement activities.
• Provide creative and professional writing along with editing and proofreading support.
• Establish and follow a weekly cadence for checking opportunity websites such as General Services Administration (GSA) eBuy, sam.gov, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Acquisition Planning Forecast System (APFS), etc.
• Provide business development support, to include preparing annotated volume outlines, serving as proposal coordinator, supporting proposal color reviews, and performing compliance activities.
• Initially support and eventually lead proposal volume sections to include past performance, resumes, and letters of intent.
• Share ideas and collaborate with teams during brainstorming activities and solutions meetings.
• Leverage sleuthing skills by researching market competition, customer goals and objectives in support of capture activities.
• Demonstrate creativity by developing organization charts and graphics.
• Manage the logistics for set-up and attendance of cybersecurity conferences, exhibits, and events.
• Manage and track the annual budget for cybersecurity conferences, exhibits, and events.
• Contribute to marketing and branding vision and how it relates to Growth Operations.
• Support Avint contract actions to include (but not limited to) non-disclosure agreements (NDA), teaming agreements (TA), subcontract agreements, subcontract development, coordination of contract modifications with delivery managers, updating the contract leger, and maintaining contract documents on SharePoint.
• Initially support and eventually manage capability matrices and compliance matrices.
• Identify proposal compliance elements and ensure the requirements are adequately addressed.
• Proficient Microsoft Word skills required; advanced Word skills a plus.
• Experience using Outlook required.
• Excel and SharePoint experience are highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of professional experience welcomed.
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Holds self and others accountable for ensuring that results are achieved; seizes opportunities to produce results with minimal supervision; takes action on items beyond formal job responsibility.
Education: An English major, journalism or law degree and technical writing skills are highly desired.
Clearance Requirements:
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation prior to hire.
