Overview

The Senior Manager Growth - Operations & Reporting is responsible for managing various procurement portals in Saudi Arabia, including Etimad and others. This includes tasks such as registering on portals, monitoring for new tenders, analyzing tender opportunities, dispatching them, and ensuring submissions are accurate and timely. The role also involves amanging administrative tasks for growth including managing entries on Salesforce, preparing detailed reports on growth activities, finalizing global reporting requests. A detail-oriented approach is essential for facilitating procurement operations, building relationships with key procurement leads, and collaborating with stakeholders.

ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Product
  • Navigate and manage multiple procurement portals, including Etimad and others, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Regularly track and analyze tender opportunities from various platforms to maximize business potential.
  • Oversee the dispatch and submission process of tenders, ensuring all documentation is of high quality and accurate in Arabic.
  • Collaborate with legal and agency teams to confirm all documents meet legal and administrative standards.
  • Demonstrate meticulousness in all aspects of the role, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines and achieve high standards of accuracy.
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency
  • Develop a deep understanding of the procurement ecosystem, including the media or communications agency sector.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies within the tender management process to improve outcomes.
  • Manage data entries and reporting on Salesforce, ensuring timely and accurate information flow for decision-making.
  • Produce detailed reports on procurement activities and outcomes to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key procurement leads and stakeholders, enhancing collaboration.
  • Lead with enthusiasm and a collaborative mindset, creating a positive project management environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in project management / admin tasks ideally with expertise in managing various procurement platforms.
  • Strong skills in Office Suite of tools - especially Excel. 
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; preference for candidates who are Saudi nationals.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and understanding of the media or communication agency ecosystem is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality, accurate work, particularly in legal and administrative documentation.
