POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated Remote Operations Manager to lead our 100+ remote staff in providing high-quality consulting services to our nation's veterans. You will be responsible for driving productivity, ensuring mission compliance, and fostering a culture of accountability in a remote environment.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supervise remote sales workforce with tasks as described below.
  • Coordination and reporting to senior leaders in the sales function and company executives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Performance Leadership: Manage day-to-day productivity of remote teams using output-based metrics.

  • Process Optimization: Identify and remove bottlenecks in our clinical/consulting workflow.

  • Accountability: Implement and enforce daily reporting standards and team communication protocols.

  • Veteran Advocacy: Ensure all remote operations align with our commitment to serving military veterans with excellence, empathy, and efficiency.

  • Compliance Oversight: Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and VA-related regulatory standards across all remote work channels.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
  • Strong coaching, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience building and optimizing sales processes and playbooks.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital communication tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make strategic adjustments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • 5+ years of experience managing large remote teams (50+ staff).
  • Background in medical consulting, healthcare administration, or veteran services.

  • Proven track record of turning around underperforming teams through structured management.

  • Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, or Trello) and workforce analytics.

  • Ability to balance empathy for staff with firm, results-oriented leadership.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Prolonged periods of standing or sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be available to work weekends
