This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building strong teams, loves creating unforgettable customer experiences, and wants to grow with a disruptive national brand.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing day-to-day branch operations
  • Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing movers and drivers
  • Dispatching trucks and coordinating logistics
  • Conducting daily truck inspections and site visits
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe office environment
  • Creating “wow moments” for customers
  • Building relationships within the local community
  • Handling customer concerns quickly and professionally

  • Managing scheduling, payroll, reporting, and operational systems
  • Soliciting and responding to customer reviews
  • Attending local networking and community events to grow brand awareness
  • Build and deliver "ZeeBoxes"
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days look the same.
What We’re Looking For

  • Leads by example
  • High attention to details
  • Loves developing people
  • Communicates well under pressure
  • Thrives in fast-paced operational environments
  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Believes culture matters
  • Is willing to jump in wherever needed
  • Wants to build something meaningful
Management, logistics, moving industry, operations, customer service, or sales experience is helpful — but attitude, leadership, and work ethic matter most.
