Job description

HealthWays, Inc is looking for a Full-Time Residential Supervisor to work in our Greenbrier Manor in Weirton, WV.

The supervisor will provide guidance, direction & supervision to the Direct Care Staff to work within the Service's policies and procedures as established for the program operations & clients care.

Requirements are:

High school diploma or education equivalent is required, bachelor’s degree in human services preferred.

Previous experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of basic accounting and previous management experience is required.

Applicants must be able to work any shift and be available to fill in as needed, this includes weekends, holidays, and extended daily work hours. This position will provide direct care in addition to performing as Supervisor.

Either be or become AMAP certified.
