Fleet Operations Supervisor – Help Support Safe, Reliable Transportation

zTrip is North America’s largest taxi and paratransit transportation provider, proudly operating in 38 cities and continuing to expand nationwide. Our mission is to provide safe, dependable, and efficient transportation services every day. We are currently seeking a motivated Fleet Operations Supervisor to help maintain safety standards and support daily field operations.

Position Overview

As a Fleet Operations Supervisor, you will play an important role in supporting drivers, monitoring field activity, and helping ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards. Through field observations, safety monitoring, and direct communication, you’ll help keep our fleet operating safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities of a Fleet Operations Supervisor
  • Provide on-site assistance and real-time support to drivers in the field
  • Work closely with Driver Support and Operations teams
  • Monitor in-vehicle camera systems and retrieve footage when necessary
  • Conduct safety checks, field audits, and compliance inspections
  • Respond to accidents, incidents, and operational concerns promptly
  • Complete on-scene investigations and gather reports and statements
  • Assist with driver coaching, safety training, and performance improvement efforts
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while supporting daily operations
Qualifications of a Fleet Operations Supervisor:
  • Experience in transportation, fleet operations, or a related industry preferred
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
