Job Summary:

Provides operational and programmatic support to the Office of Government and External Relations. Assists with coordination, research, and preparation activities that support engagement with government and external stakeholders. This role serves as an entry-level professional opportunity to gain exposure to governmental affairs, policy research, and external relations within a structured and team-oriented environment.

Job Description:

  • Coordinates scheduling, logistics, and preparation of materials for meetings, events, and engagements with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assists in monitoring legislative and policy developments by conducting research and compiling summaries under the guidance of senior staff
  • Prepares briefing materials, background documents, and draft communications to support government and external relations activities
  • Attends meetings as assigned to capture notes, track key takeaways, and support follow-up on action items
  • Supports outreach efforts by maintaining communication records, tracking interactions, and assisting with routine follow-up
  • Organizes and maintains files, tracking systems, and documentation related to projects, initiatives, and external engagement
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to gather information and support coordinated messaging and preparation efforts
  • Assists with special projects and initiatives, gaining exposure to broader strategy, policy, and engagement priorities

Job Responsibilities:
