Pay: $22.75 during training, $23.75 per hour once training is complete.

Angels' Place is looking for a caring & empathetic full-time home manager to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live full and interesting lives. In this position you will:

Earn $23.75 per hour -- PLUS benefits (healthcare, vision, dental, 401k and more)!

  • The Home Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the home and for providing positive leadership to the assistant manager and caregivers in the home in which they work.
  • Includes some direct care to residents.
  • Experience as a caregiver is required.
  • At least two years successful supervisory experience including building, training, managing and evaluating a team is required.
  • A strong working knowledge and understanding of computer use, including Gmail, Google and Microsoft applications is required.
  • A valid driver's license and a good driving record is required.
  • If you are currently not certified, we will work with you to complete Caregiver Training, CPR, First Aid, AED, Bloodborne Pathogens, Cultural Diversity, Limited English Proficiency, Recipient Rights and other required training.
  • Must pass a background check, drug screen, and obtain a negative TB tests (testing paid by Angelsโ€™ Place)
