Afternoon Assisted Living Home Manager
Green Acres of Mt. Pleasant
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Position Type: Full-Time, Salaried
Do you have the passion and heart to serve seniors? Green Acres of Mt. Pleasant is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Afternoon Assisted Living Home Manager to join our leadership team.
Our ideal candidate values the wisdom of our senior residents and has a servant's heart for supporting the staff who provide exceptional care each day. If you have previous healthcare experience and leadership or supervisory experience, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day afternoon operations of our assisted living community.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations through accurate documentation and recordkeeping.
  • Assist with employee recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training.
  • Create and manage employee schedules.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to caregiving staff.
  • Assist with office and administrative responsibilities.
  • Help provide direct resident care when needed to support the team.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation with other members of the leadership team.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a healthcare, assisted living, or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.
