Job Description
Position Overview: This position will assist the location with general lot duties and will be expected to follow safety rules and regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds including but not limited to cleaning the lot, moving snow, spraying weeds, mowing grass.
  • Ensure safety compliance.
  • Assist in equipment maintenance.
  • Soil Sampling
  • Communicate daily activities, needs and accomplishments with management.

Required Qualifications:
  • High School graduate or GED; may be offset by experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Prior ag experience a plus
  • Required overtime as the season demands.
  • Basic mechanical skills for daily maintenance of equipment preferred.

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The employee needs to stay in good physical condition to regularly lift more than 50 pounds, climb ladders, perform preventive maintenance activities, and perform other physical duties necessary in running an agricultural location.
