Café Operations Manager - Sodexo Corporate Services
Come join a team of hospitality professionals who are passionate about creating exceptional workplace experiences.
Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a Café Operations Manager to support a high-profile client in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and is energized by building something new. Our café serves four meal periods daily. The manager will work a Sunday-Thursday schedule, primarily 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with the flexibility needed to support a dynamic operation.
We are currently operating out of a temporary kitchen and office space while our brand-new facility is under construction-making this a unique chance to help shape the future of the program from the ground up.
As the Café Operations Manager, you will lead all front-of-house operations and ensure every guest interaction reflects our commitment to excellence

  • Support daily hospitality services with a focus on consistency and quality
