Job description

Multilocation restaurant in need of an experienced Food Operations Manager with excellent leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be ready to jump in and run day to day operations of the restaurant. This is not an office job. This person works 5 hands-on shifts most weeks (includes weekends).
Responsibilities:
Staff: hiring, scheduling, training, and motivating
Menu: Food cost, inventory, ordering, waste reduction
Personality: energetic, professional, collaborative, team-driven mindset
**Line cook experience is necessary.** Please share your work history when applying. This is a salaried position (based on experience) with competitive pay and paid time off. References and reliable transportation are a MUST.
Qualifications:
Previous leadership experience in a restaurant (not fast food)
Line cook experience
Knowledge of cost and labor systems
Passion for food and cooking techniques
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
