Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager to lead retail foodservice operations for a leading biotechnology company in Boston, MA. This brand-new, growing account serves 1,000+ employees and offers the chance to build a strong, service-focused team from the ground up.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee all retail food operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house staff
  • Partner with the Executive Chef to ensure smooth daily execution across all food stations
  • Ensure staff are set up, professional and ready ahead of each meal period
  • Maintain quality and presentation standards across entree, salad bar, pizza and deli stations
  • Oversee point-of-sale (POS) operations during service
  • Provide leadership and coaching to front and back of house teams
