Lead Patient Dining Excellence at One of Connecticut's Premier Healthcare Systems

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Food Operations Manager 3 to join our team at Yale New Haven Hospital - York Street Campus in New Haven, Connecticut. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for overseeing patient dining services and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced acute care environment.

The Food Operations Manager 3 will report directly to the Client Executive 2 and provide leadership for patient service operations, including menu development, diet office oversight, patient satisfaction initiatives, regulatory compliance, and frontline team development. This leader will work closely with Patient Experience Managers, clinical teams, and hospital leadership to ensure an exceptional patient dining experience and achieve key operational and financial objectives.

What You'll Do
  • Lead daily patient dining and food service operations in a large acute care hospital setting
  • Oversee menu development and diet office operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance

  • Collaborate with clinical, food service, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the overall patient experience
