New London Hospital (NLH) – Family Practice or Internal Medicine Advanced Practice Provider

New London Hospital (NLH) is seeking an experienced and energetic Family Practice or Internal Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join our Primary Care practice. The role involves autonomously providing primary care services to patients of all ages as part of a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and medical assistants to deliver seamless, high-quality care. Minimum 2+ years of primary care provider experience is required.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited APRN academic program

  • Licensed APRN with NH eligibility
