Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Full-Time
Infinity Family Clinic – Manvel, TX

Infinity Family Clinic is a growing, privately owned family practice located in Manvel, Texas, just south of Houston. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team. Whether you're an experienced provider or a new graduate, we welcome your application and are committed to supporting your professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Perform annual wellness exams and preventive care
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
  • Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
  • Provide medical weight loss management, including GLP-1 therapy
  • Evaluate and manage patients receiving hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for men and women (training available)
  • Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and disease prevention
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide high-quality patient care

Qualifications

  • Current Texas APRN license with Family Nurse Practitioner certification
  • DEA license (or eligible to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the healthcare team
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Experience in weight loss management and hormone replacement therapy preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
