Role Overview
We're hiring founding members of our Startup Account Executive team - early career sellers, who want to build their skills in a high-growth environment, and can handle a large volume of fast-moving deals with small businesses.
The role requires a deep technical understanding and curiosity to serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers. People that succeed in this role will be able to enable customers, ensuring they get the most out of the CodeRabbit product.
What you will do:
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, run PoVs, and close
  • Manage a large volume of opportunities with smaller businesses
  • Deliver high-impact demos and articulate CodeRabbit's value
  • Become a product expert and understand the CodeRabbit offering and ecosystem in depth, acting as a trusted advisor to your customers
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to refine playbooks and GTM strategy

What You'll Bring
  • 1+ years of full-cycle quota-carrying experience, preferably in a technical SaaS company
  • Strong technical curiosity and ability to learn complex products quickly
  • Ability to stay organized, and manage multiple opportunities at the same time
  • Excellent communication, organization, and ownership mindset
  • You learn quickly, and are constantly working to uplevel your knowledge
  • Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation and eagerness to acquire new skills solve new problems
