Quality Enterprises is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team. The Executive Assistant is the Chief Information Officer's "right-hand person" who enables the CIO to advance company initiatives and goals by providing high-level administrative support, calendar and time management, coordination of travel arrangements, preparation of meeting materials, and a variety of other administrative and personal tasks.
The dynamic nature of this role requires exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate the CIO's needs. The Executive Assistant must interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanor with a broad range of individuals including members of the Senior Leadership Team, coworkers, and business partners. To perform this role successfully, the Executive Assistant is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential information while exercising professionalism and discretion.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• At least five years of related experience required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Works directly with the CIO to support all aspects of her daily routine.
• Provides high-level administrative and personal assistance to the CIO and other Senior Leaders.
• Maintains the CIO's calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings and travel arrangements, exercising discretion when committing the CIO's time.
• Serves as primary point of contact for the CIO.
• Helps monitor the CIO's email inboxes.
• Drafts internal and external communications for the CIO and other Senior Leaders as assigned.
• Arranges travel accommodations for the CIO.
• Prepares expense reports for the CIO.
• Prepares meeting materials for CIO, including agendas, minutes, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Performs routine office tasks including maintaining CIO's digital and paper filing systems and ordering office supplies.
• Performs other administrative and personal duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
• Excellent verbal skills.
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.

• Prolonged periods sitting at desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
