Executive Assistant duties include:


  • Manage a busy, dynamic calendar for the CIO including scheduling of large group meetings involving multiple dynamic calendars.
  • Provide
    high-level administrative and clerical support to CIO and his direct
    reports (as needed). - Make frequent global travel arrangements.
  • Create and submit expense reimbursement requests (may include multiple currencies).
  • Screen meeting requests.
  • Plan, coordinate and carry-out special events as needed
