About Us

Executive Health Lounge by FaithCare Health is a modern medical and wellness clinic designed to provide elevated, personalized care for busy professionals, executives, families, and community members. Our services include primary care support, executive wellness visits, personalized health assessments, IV hydration therapy, vitamin injections, weight management support, peptide and regenerative wellness services, nutraceutical support, and lifestyle wellness programs.

We are looking for a motivated and professional Clinic Community Liaison to help introduce our clinic to the community, build relationships, and support the growth of our new Executive Health Lounge location.

Position Summary

The Clinic Community Liaison will serve as a professional representative of Executive Health Lounge in the community. This role focuses on ethical outreach, brand awareness, relationship-building, event coordination, and connecting local businesses, organizations, and community partners with information about our services.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building partnerships, attending community events, and helping promote health and wellness services in a professional and mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Executive Health Lounge in a professional, positive, and ethical manner.

  • Build relationships with local businesses, corporate offices, hotels, gyms, wellness partners, senior communities, residential buildings, real estate professionals, and community organizations.

  • Introduce EHL services through approved educational and marketing materials.

  • Assist with outreach campaigns, open house events, wellness pop-ups, corporate wellness introductions, and community networking.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential community and business partners.

  • Distribute approved flyers, brochures, and promotional materials.

  • Track outreach activity, contacts, follow-ups, and event opportunities in the clinic’s CRM or tracking system.

  • Support social media and local marketing efforts when needed.

  • Communicate community feedback, partnership opportunities, and outreach results to clinic leadership.

  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with clinic policies, HIPAA expectations, and ethical marketing standards.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, sales, customer service, hospitality, medical office support, or business development preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable introducing services to businesses, organizations, and community partners.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Organized, reliable, and able to follow up consistently.

  • Ability to work independently and meet outreach goals.

  • Basic computer or mobile app skills for entering contacts and follow-up notes.

  • Knowledge of healthcare, wellness, IV therapy, weight management, body sculpting, and skin tightening, or concierge medicine is a plus but not required.

  • Must be able to maintain patient confidentiality and follow ethical outreach practices.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with community networking or local business outreach.

  • Familiarity with Honolulu business communities and professional networks.

  • Comfortable speaking with executives, office managers, HR teams, hotel partners, fitness centers, and community leaders.

  • Experience using CRM systems, social media, or marketing platforms is a plus.

  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

Compensation

This is a startup-phase position with flexible part-time hours. Compensation may include:

  • Hourly pay based on experience.

  • Potential monthly bonus based on approved outreach activities, completed marketing deliverables, events, and partnership development goals.

Compensation is based on time worked and approved marketing/outreach activities. It is not based on patient referrals or the volume or value of healthcare services.
