You will own the day to day publishing and community presence of MrBeast on Instagram, while also contributing to the planning, programming, and optimization of how the brand shows up on the platform. Your focus is creative output and connection at scale, turning every post, story, and audience interaction into a strategic advantage that drives growth, loyalty, and cultural impact.

You will bring a strong point of view on tone, timing, creative direction, and platform specific behavior, ensuring MrBeast remains the most engaging presence on the internet.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Pitch, create, and publish content on the MrBeast Instagram account, including feed posts, Reels, and Stories, with the creative conviction to bring ideas directly to Jimmy.

  • Support the development and execution of a unified social engagement strategy aligned with fan growth, community health, and business objectives.
  • Translate brand and content strategy into Instagram specific creative, engagement tactics, and posting behaviors.
  • Identify opportunities for content and community engagement to support broader goals including audience growth, partnerships, and monetization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Social Analytics and Growth teams to align organic content and engagement with performance insights and paid strategy.
  • Monitor community sentiment, cultural trends, and fan behavior to inform real time decisions and long term improvements.
  • Support content launches and major moments by driving conversation, momentum, and interaction at scale.
  • Contribute to content planning workflows, including content calendars, publishing cadence, and live event coverage support.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including Creative, Production, Marketing, Communications, and Partnerships to align messaging and timing.
  • Act as a real time editorial voice during major uploads, announcements, and live moments, ensuring fast, accurate, and culturally relevant content and engagement.
  • Help establish and maintain community guidelines to ensure a positive, high energy, and brand safe environment.
  • Participate in post launch reporting and analysis to refine content and engagement strategies and improve performance over time.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Deep, platform native understanding of Instagram culture, audience behavior, content trends, and engagement dynamics.
  • Proven experience managing and growing an Instagram presence for a brand, creator, or media company.
  • Strong creative instincts and the passion and conviction to pitch ideas and sell them in the room.
  • Hands-on publishing experience, including writing captions, cutting Reels, building Stories, and hitting post.
  • Strong understanding of how social media contributes to broader business outcomes including growth, partnerships, and revenue.
  • Exceptional communication skills with sharp instincts for tone, humor, timing, and cultural relevance.
  • Ability to operate in real time, making fast, high quality decisions in high visibility environments.
  • Experience working with analytics and performance data to inform creative and optimize results.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workflows, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating cross functionally with creative, marketing, communications, and production teams.
  • Proactive, solutions oriented mindset with strong ownership over content and community performance.
  • Adaptable, coachable, and ego-free - priorities move fast here, and the best idea wins.
  • Comfort working non traditional hours, including nights and weekends, to support major content drops and live moments.
