About the Role

We are looking for a creative, organized, and social-media-obsessed coordinator to help bring their brand to life across TikTok, Instagram, and community channels. If you love beauty, know what makes content perform, and enjoy staying on top of trends while keeping projects organized, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of the company's social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and community platforms.
  • Schedule and publish social content according to the content calendar.
  • Create engaging static graphics, captions, stories, and community posts.
  • Monitor trends, viral formats, and creator content to bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Coordinate creator gifting and PR mailers, including placing orders and tracking shipments.
  • Support influencer campaigns and brand events with content coordination and follow-up.
  • Engage with our online community by monitoring comments, DMs, and community platforms.
  • Help organize content libraries, creative assets, and social calendars.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute product launches, retail campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
  • Attend weekly marketing meetings and contribute creative ideas for upcoming campaigns.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to social media, influencer marketing, and campaign execution.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 1-2 years of experience managing social media for a brand (beauty or lifestyle preferred).
  • Available to work up to 20 hours per week.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable creating content in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar design/editing tools.
