Job Description LeverageTek is actively seeking a Bilingual Business Analyst for a 3-month contract with its Quebec-based customer. Work Location Remote Key Tasks Conduct discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews with Quebec business leaders and process owners Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes Gather, validate, and document business and functional requirements Create process maps, workflows, business documentation, and supporting materials Collaborate closely with the AI SWAT Team, including the Project Manager and Solution Architect Support change management activities, communications, and user adoption initiatives Assist with training documentation and knowledge transfer materials Facilitate workshops and requirements discussions with cross-functional stakeholders Identify process improvement and automation opportunities within the renewals lifecycle Key Qualifications Group Benefits / Group Insurance Experience: Strong experience in group benefits or group insurance, with an understanding of the renewals process and related business terminology. Business Analysis Experience (Process Mapping & Requirements Gathering): Proven experience gathering requirements, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and documenting current and future-state business processes.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Skills: Proven ability to work directly with business leaders, facilitate discussions, ask the right questions, and build relationships while driving requirements and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Fully bilingual in French and English, with strong verbal and written French communication skills Proven experience as a Business Analyst leading process mapping and requirements gathering initiatives Experience within Group Benefits, Group Insurance, or a related insurance environment Strong documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate effectively in a lean, evolving, and fast-moving project environment Experience working directly with business stakeholders and senior leadership teams Experience supporting AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives Change management experience Experience developing communications, training materials, and user adoption plans Located in Montreal or the Greater Montreal Area Compensation Hourly Rate Negotiable This is an existing position vacancy.
