Job Description LeverageTek Staffing Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team. Your daily responsibilities include sourcing, qualifying, validating (screening), and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates to the Account Executive for a diverse range of roles across all business areas and functions. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire, and ensure we attract the best professionals.

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline to help hire and retain skilled candidates for our customers' positions across all industries and business functions. Work with a team that brings more than 50 years of cumulative industry experience Responsibilities Manage a full cycle recruitment process: sourcing, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, negotiating, presenting candidates to Account Executives, and finalizing commitment to the position Work collaboratively with Account Executives to provide qualified candidates for the customer's position Screen prospective candidates for positions with LeverageTek Staffing Solutions customers, including: o Detailed resume reviews o Phone/e-mail screening discussions o Video and in-person meetings o Validate qualifications Network and build relationships within the candidate community across all business sectors Field questions from candidates on the LeverageTek Staffing Solutions delivery process and guide them through the staffing cycle Utilize all internal tools and systems effectively, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of business processes and workflows to ensure accuracy and consistency across all recruitment activities Stay current with evolving internal processes and best practices, ensuring all systems are used to their full potential to support team efficiency and candidate experience Consistently meet and strive to exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including activity targets, time-to-fill metrics, and candidate submission goals Actively participate in team meetings and provide valuable input to strategy sessions From time to time, you may be called upon to lead internal initiatives/projects What you bring to the team You are constantly looking for ways to improve the way we source candidates and their understanding of the industry You have a reputation for integrity and a team-first attitude You can work quickly and effectively on multiple priorities You can process large quantities of information covering multiple positions across various business areas You enjoy building long-lasting relationships with candidates, consultants and their colleagues You start each day with a proactive plan and mindset You thrive in a fast-paced environment and will add to our fun and energetic atmosphere Salary Range: $50,000-65,000 + commission This is an existing position vacancy About LeverageTek Staffing Solutions Founded in 2003, LeverageTek provides end-to-end, cross-functional staffing solutions throughout North America.
