Job Title: Personal Care Aide- Caregiver (Mililani Area) - MWF 5am-8am and Sat- 9am- 3pm

Job Summary:

FaithCare Hawaii is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide- Caregiver to join our team in Mililani, HI. As a key member of our home care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Help with mobility and transfers (walking, getting in/out of bed or chair)
• Provide meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Perform light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, organizing)
• Monitor and report changes in client’s condition or behavior
• Assist with medication reminders (not administering unless trained/allowed)
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience
• Ability to work various shifts (SHIFTS)
• Compassionate and patient approach to client care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
