Job Description The Role: Executive Assistant to CEO The City: San Francisco, CA | Hybrid Compensation: $120,000 - 160,000 DOE, plus exceptional benefits The Industry: Early Stage Technology Startup A high-growth early-stage startup is seeking a sharp, scrappy, and highly proactive Executive Assistant to support its Founder & CEO. This is an exciting opportunity for an EA who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building structure from the ground up, and wants to play a meaningful role in helping a company scale. The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, and energized by the pace and ambiguity that often comes with startup life.

The Day-to-Day Manage an ever-evolving calendar and coordinate complex scheduling Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up action items Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as the company grows Help create and improve processes that support efficiency and scalability Provide occasional light personal support as needed to ensure the CEO can remain focused on company priorities Ideal Candidate Previous experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive Thrives in startup or entrepreneurial environments Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experienced managing complex calendars, travel, and competing priorities Excited to roll up their sleeves and contribute wherever needed Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
