Sous la supervision directe des associés, l’Adjointe exécutive garantit la fluidité administrative et opérationnelle du cabinet : coordination des mandats, gestion proactive des échéances fiscales et soutien stratégique aux équipes professionnelles (CPA, fiscalistes, techniciens).

1. Soutien exécutif & gouvernance interne

  • Gérer l’agenda des associés, planifier réunions clients et comités de révision lors des pointes de production (T1/T2/T3/T5013).

  • Préparer les dossiers de direction (états financiers, KPI, mémos fiscaux) avant chaque rencontre stratégique.

  • Maintenir le calendrier réglementaire (TPS/TVQ, DAS, déclarations de sociétés) et déclencher des alertes proactives.

2. Opérations de production comptable

  • Ouvrir/clôturer les mandats dans CaseWare ou TaxCycle ; générer lettres d’engagement et check-lists de conformité.

  • Assembler électroniquement les états financiers (PDF sécurisé, sceaux numériques) pour signature électronique.

  • Gérer les transmissions EFILE à l’ARC / Revenu Québec et archiver les avis de cotisation dans le CRM.

3. Expérience client & coordination documentaire

  • Onboarder les nouveaux clients sur le portail sécurisé, valider les pièces KYC (PiF, AUT-01 / MR-69).

  • Vérifier l’intégrité des justificatifs avant transfert aux CPA (grand livre, relevés bancaires, relevés REER).

  • Orchestrer la facturation finale et le suivi des encaissements via le système comptable (QuickBooks Online ou équivalent).

4. Administration financière & conformité interne

  • Pré-facturer mensuellement : compiler feuilles de temps, préparer brouillons d’honoraires, contrôler le WIP.

  • Relancer les comptes à recevoir, négocier ententes de paiement et reporter l’état des AR aux associés.

  • Mettre à jour la base documentaire de conformité (Loi 25, règles CPA, PIOC) et préparer tout audit interne.
