Vous etes une personne d'action qui aimez collaborer, prendre des initiatives et etes debrouillarde?

La Direction principale operations financieres est a la recherche d'un ou d'une secretaire pour se joindre a son equipe. Vous pourrez contribuer concretement au succes de l'equipe en effectuant du travail de secretariat et en soutenant votre gestionnaire dans les activites de coordination, de planification et de suivis.

Vous vous realisez dans les taches et fonctions suivantes :

  • Gestion de l'agenda

  • Recevoir les communications et les diriger vers les personnes qualifiees. Communiquer par telephone, au besoin, de l'information generale ou prendre les messages

  • Produire les differentes communications et memos

  • Produire a l'aide des logiciels appropries, differents rapports, listes, lettres, fusions de lettres, formulaires ou tout autre document relie aux activites de la direction principale

  • Controle trimestriel des acces et securite des repertoires, des groupes courriel et des profils

  • Mettre a jour le contenu de l'Intranet, du site securise, des fichiers et des repertoires de documentations

  • Expedier et recevoir certains documents par telecopieur, courriel et courrier

Vos qualifications et talents :

  • DEC en technique de bureau ou de secretariat

  • Tres bonne connaissance de la langue francaise parlee et ecrite

  • Maitrise fonctionnelle de la langue anglaise en raison de la nature des taches, des outils de travail ou d'interactions avec des collegues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de repondre aux objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise

  • Tres bonne connaissance de la suite Office et de Sharepoint
