Job description

As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects the people, processes and technologies that drive modern organizations. Since 2011, our mission hasn’t changed — we’re here to stop breaches, and we’ve redefined modern security with the world’s most advanced AI-native platform. We work on large scale distributed systems, processing almost 3 trillion events per day and this traffic is growing daily. Our customers span all industries, and they count on CrowdStrike to keep their businesses running, their communities safe and their lives moving forward. We're proud to work for a mission-driven company leveraging AI to transform the way we work. CrowdStrikers drive their careers through flexibility and autonomy while also being expected to contribute to a culture of responsible AI adoption, experimentation, and innovation. We use an AI-first mindset as a force multiplier to proactively and continuously accelerate execution, build expertise, uncover insights, and solve complex problems. We’re always looking to add talented CrowdStrikers to the team who have limitless passion, a relentless focus on innovation and a fanatical commitment to our customers, our community and each other. Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:

CrowdStrike is redefining modern security for the AI Era, and we are building an executive ecosystem that matches the scale, velocity, and ambition of our mission. The Senior Executive Events & Experiences Manager plays a critical role in designing and delivering the high-impact engagements that connect the world’s most influential CxOs in cybersecurity with CrowdStrike’s vision, innovation, and executive leadership.

In this role, you are the architect of world-class executive experiences. You will build executive programs, shape agendas, and ensure flawless delivery. You will collaborate deeply with our executive team, events team, and the Marketing function more broadly to produce moments that are premium, memorable, aligned to our executive engagement strategy. And you will be one of the faces of our executive program to C-level executives and their teams, meaning that you are an ambassador of our company and our brand at the highest levels of our customers.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a high-performing program leader who has a penchant for premium experience design, obsesses over details, thrives in fast-paced environments, collaborates exceptionally well within and across teams, consistently delivers outstanding outcomes at the C-Suite level, and wants to take their career and impact to the next level.

What You'll Do: Executive Experience Strategy & Innovation
  • Bring a blend of “Four Seasons” experiential acumen (premium and customer-focused) and a “Founder Mode” way of working (scrappy, detail-oriented, accountable).
  • Design premium executive experiences across CrowdStrike’s Fal.Con ONE, advisory boards, sporting events, and curated executive interactions that reflect CrowdStrike’s brand and executive standards of excellence
  • Ensure every touchpoint across the executive journey is intentional, frictionless, and elevated.
  • Own day-to-day planning and execution of assigned executive programs, managing timelines, budgets, logistics, creative, and onsite operations.
  • Partner with the Office of the President and the Global Events team to ensure tight alignment and seamless integration with broader event strategies
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs, Marketing, Product, and CrowdStrike executives to produce content and agendas that deliver clarity, insight, and value to C-level audiences.
  • Anticipate risks, elevate appropriately, and ensure programs stay on track.
  • Help foster trusted relationships with executive attendees by ensuring thoughtful, consistent, and personalized engagement throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Represent the Executive Experiences function with professionalism, situational awareness, and a premium service mindset.
What You Need:
  • 12+ years of experience in executive programs, executive events, or executive program management within a high-growth environment.
  • A “premium experience” mindset – obsessive about details, operational excellence, and crafting moments that matter.
  • Strong program management skills – organized, proactive, structured, excellent at driving to deadlines, and adept at partnering cross-functionally to get to outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to create polished agendas, briefing materials, and executive-facing communications.
  • High degree of professionalism, executive maturity, and comfort engaging directly with senior leaders.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple programs simultaneously, and pivot quickly when priorities shift.
  • Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise technology is beneficial but not required; what matters is executive acumen, attention to detail, agility, and exceptional execution.
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
