Security Requirements: Final TS/SCI (Special Access Program (SAP) eligible)

Skill/Experience: Ten (10) years' experience managing, planning, developing, and executing major research, engineering, and development efforts for defense organizations.

Executive Program Leadership: Ten (10) years' experience as a lead or deputy Program Manager for major technology programs (or a portfolio of programs) exceeding $100M in value.

Demonstrated expertise in managing the entire lifecycle of technology design, manufacturing, integration and testing.

Proven leadership in managing portfolios of diverse technology development programs.

Special Access & Classified Program Expertise: Five (5) years' experience leading and operating within highly classified environments, including SAP and SCI.

Defense Acquisition & Organizational Knowledge: Five (5) years' experience with the DoW's Defense Acquisition System DoD 5000 series.

Demonstrated knowledge of DoW organizational structure and experience collaborating with R&E program managers.

Leadership & Communication: Ten (10) years' demonstrated experience related to written and oral communication skills, essential for leading cross-functional teams and briefing senior stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following areas: System Engineering Aerospace Engineering Electrical Engineering Physical Sciences Software Engineering Cyber Engineering AI /ML Engineering 

Preferred Skills and Experience: Contract and Program Management: Ten (10) years' experience managing support services contracts of comparable size, scope, and complexity to this task order.

Stakeholder Engagement & Problem Resolution: Ten (10) years' experience establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across the DoW.

Technical Domain Expertise: Five (5) years' experience and foundational knowledge in the field of Electromagnetics and Radio Frequencies (EM/RF).
