What does an Executive Pastry Chef do?

An Executive Pastry Chef is responsible for overseeing the pastry department in a restaurant, hotel, or bakery. They create and develop dessert menus, design new recipes, manage kitchen staff, and ensure the quality and presentation of all baked goods and desserts.
