Your Role:


The Office Services – Scanner position is an important part of NKSFB’s internal operations, supporting the firm’s high-volume document workflow and ensuring the accuracy, organization, and security of client information. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to learn within a fast-paced professional services environment. Your work directly supports the efficiency and reliability of our business management teams, helping maintain the high standards of confidentiality and precision our clients expect.


What will you Do:

  • Operate and maintain high-speed scanners to convert physical documents into electronic formats.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of scanned images through routine checks.
  • Organize, categorize, and archive scanned files in accordance with firm protocols to support efficient retrieval.
  • Maintain and oversee document archiving and digital file management systems.
  • Collaborate with Office Services team members to meet daily workflow goals and project deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot scanner issues, perform basic maintenance, and escalate technical problems when needed.
  • Follow all firm policies related to data handling, privacy, and confidentiality.

What do you Need to Succeed:

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in scanned documents.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills a must.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to team goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in data entry, document management, or office technology is a plus.

What will set you Apart:

  • Prior experience operating scanners or working with document imaging systems preferred.
  • Experience with digital file management and data entry software.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, crouch, and lift up to 15 pounds regularly.
  • Frequent use of hands, including reaching and handling documents.
  • Regular verbal communication, hearing, visual focus, and periods of sitting.
  • Work environment includes moderate to loud noise levels.

Salary Range: The salary range for this role is $45,000 - $50,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
