Job description

Tier 1 Personnel is looking for an Order Picker in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is essential for accurately retrieving and preparing customer orders for distribution, requiring strong attention to detail and reliability.

The ideal candidate will operate RF scanners, verify order accuracy, and maintain a safe work environment. Previous warehouse experience is preferred. Organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a team setting.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background screening.
  • High organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
